Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to optimize sales efforts
- Attend meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote products/services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid work permit in Lithuania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month plus commission. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Accommodation is not provided.
