Industrial Alpinist
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at elevated heights in industrial settings. Your main duties will include using specialized equipment and techniques to access and work on hard-to-reach areas, performing maintenance and repairs on structures such as bridges, buildings, and wind turbines, and conducting inspections and surveys. You may also be required to clean or paint surfaces, install or remove equipment, or assist with emergency response situations. This role requires excellent physical fitness, as well as the ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently in high-risk environments. While no prior experience is necessary, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Requirements:
- Physically fit with good balance and coordination
- Comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective gear
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Previous experience in industrial alpinism or related fields
- Certification in rope access techniques
- Experience with specialized equipment such as harnesses or ascenders
