Construction Project Manager



Our construction company is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Abu Dhabi. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project budget and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers
- Provide regular progress reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and use project management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams

Salary: 1600$ per month

Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals or foreigners with a valid work visa for Abu Dhabi. English fluency is required for this position. Freshers are welcome to apply as we provide on-the-job training.
