We are currently seeking a hardworking and dedicated Slinger to join our team in Zagreb. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for moving and positioning heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Move and position heavy materials using cranes, hoists, and other equipment
- Direct the movement of materials by giving hand signals or using a radio
- Ensure that all materials are safely secured before lifting or moving them
- Inspect rigging equipment for any defects or damage before use
- Communicate with crane operators and other team members to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials
- Assist with general labor duties on the construction site as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects regularly
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Slinger or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport from Nepal
