Contract Surveyor

Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team in Zagreb. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, construction sites, and other land features. You will also be responsible for creating accurate measurements and producing detailed reports.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Analyze data and prepare reports based on survey results.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine land boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to land surveying.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare drawings or maps as needed.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Indian nationality preferred.
