Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaunas. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to users and troubleshooting any system issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of computer systems and technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies or upgrades
- Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting system issues
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on new systems or upgrades
- Document system processes and procedures for reference and training purposes
- Train end-users on new systems or processes as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Experience with network infrastructure and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Kaunas
