Computer Systems Analyst - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating complex computer systems and processes to improve overall efficiency and functionality. Your main duties will include conducting research, gathering data, creating reports and recommendations, and implementing system changes. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to understand system performance and user needs
- Develop reports and recommendations for system changes or improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement approved changes
- Test systems after implementation to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
