We are in need of a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in Akron. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your main duties will include washing dishes by hand or using the dishwasher, drying and storing them properly, as well as keeping the kitchen area clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation can be provided for those who require it. No prior English proficiency is required for this job. Candidates with their own visa are preferred but not mandatory. Salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher or similar role
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using the dishwasher
- Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before storing them properly
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including counters, floors, equipment, etc.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Dispose of garbage and recycling properly
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace

Working Conditions:
This job requires standing for long periods of time as well as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. The working environment may be hot or noisy at times due to kitchen equipment. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
