Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Mombasa. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. This position is suitable for men and offers a salary of 1300$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Keep the office clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday. We also offer part-time positions for those who are interested. In addition, we provide accommodation for out-of-town employees if needed.
