Office Assistant - Mombasa, Kenya
Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and efficiency of our office operations. This is an entry-level position that does not require any English language skills or prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali language
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
