Online Consultant


As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients through various online platforms. Your main role will be to offer guidance, advice, and solutions to clients' inquiries and concerns related to our company's products or services. This is a remote position based in Clairvaux, with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online chat, email, or phone calls to address their concerns and provide necessary assistance
- Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to clients
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure effective communication and efficient problem-solving for clients
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference
- Continuously maintain knowledge of company's products or services through training programs and materials provided

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales-related roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using online platforms for communication (e.g. chat, email)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Must have own visa/working permit for India

Preferences:

We prefer candidates who are fluent in English but also have knowledge of any Indian language. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Candidates must be able to work independently on a contractual basis.
