We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Funchal. As an Entry Level Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as we provide on-the-job training. However, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL is preferred. This is an urgent job opening so we need someone who can start immediately with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using data analysis tools and techniques
- Identify trends and patterns in data and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
- Develop reports and presentations to present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Prior experience in data analysis or related field
- Experience working with databases and programming languages such as Python or R
