Architectural Designer


We are a leading architecture firm located in La-Condamine seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative architectural projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and design objectives.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project feasibility.
- Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project plans are feasible and up to code.
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Prepare cost estimates and timelines for projects.
- Attend project meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in CAD software, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Salary: $900 per month
