Excavator Operator



We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for our construction company located in Sharjah. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other excavation tasks as directed by the project manager
- Use hand signals and communicate with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, fueling and cleaning
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols at all times
- Keep accurate records of daily operations including fuel usage, hours of operation and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid certification for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Physically fit with good eyesight and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime when needed

Preferences:
- Canadian or Nepali nationality preferred but not required
- English speaking preferred but not required
