Biometric Passport Teamlead in Alta, Norway


We are hiring a Biometric Passport Teamlead to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the team lead, you will oversee and manage a team responsible for processing biometric passports. Your main role will be to ensure that all passports are processed accurately and efficiently in accordance with established guidelines and regulations. You will also be responsible for training and supervising team members, managing work schedules, and handling any customer service issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. As a leader, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their goals. Previous experience in passport processing is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our company.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work full-time in Alta, Norway
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Previous experience in passport processing preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
