Part-Time Team Lead in Alta, Norway


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Team Lead to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and projects
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to management
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to assess progress, identify challenges, and provide solutions
- Assist in the recruitment process for new team members as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and processes
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, open communication, and employee development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible schedule with availability for part-time work (20 hours per week)

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
