Solar Installation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installation Technician to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who do not reside in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems on roofs, ground mounts, and other structures according to industry standards
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement for solar panels
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly secured and installed
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing solar panel systems as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is required
- Must have excellent technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment/materials

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to solar panel installation
- Experience with different types of solar panel systems (rooftop, ground mount, etc.)
- Experience using hand/power tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
