Civil Engineer for Construction Projects in Bergen, Norway



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various construction projects throughout the city.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Prepare detailed project plans, including budget estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Monitor project costs and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Conduct quality control inspections on materials and workmanship
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen, Norway (free visa and ticket provided)
