IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Manage the company's hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective procurement of equipment and services
- Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure data integrity
- Train employees on new technologies or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing IT operations
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. This job is suitable for men who have their own visa.
