Indian Cuisine Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Lom, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a passion for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes. The role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus, training kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Create menus that showcase the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and menu items
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Monitor food costs and portion control to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or special promotions
- Stay up-to-date with current food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create flavorful dishes while adhering to strict recipes
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure

Education/Certification Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications or training in Indian cuisine are also beneficial.
Salary: $1800 per month
