Office Assistant - Entry Level
Location: Os, Nigeria
As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include filing and organizing documents, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing receptionist duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- File and organize documents according to established procedures
- Answer phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries or redirect them as necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
- Perform receptionist duties such as receiving packages, distributing mail, etc.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of company records and update databases as needed
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by staff members
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
