Sales Manager - Sofia, Bulgaria


We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients. This is a contract position suitable for men and does not require English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market (preferably in the construction industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (accommodation provided)
- Valid Indian passport (free visa and ticket provided)
