Loader Operator


We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Loader Operator, your main responsibility will be operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the equipment and ensuring safe operation at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, and forklifts
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Transport materials to and from construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Keep accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
