Nepali Moderator (English Speaking) in Ashdod, Israel

We are in need of a dynamic and responsible Nepali Moderator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and forums to ensure that they are respectful and follow the company's guidelines. Your main goal will be to maintain a positive and constructive atmosphere for our members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure they align with company guidelines.
- Respond to any inappropriate or offensive comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with members by providing helpful feedback, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for maintaining a positive community.
- Keep up-to-date with company updates and policies to ensure all content is aligned.
- Report any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Nepali (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflict resolution.
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism at all times.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Ashdod, Israel. Relocation assistance is not provided.
