We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Moderator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums, ensuring that all content posted is in line with our company's guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor online communities and forums to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies
- Manage user-generated content by reviewing, editing, deleting or flagging inappropriate posts
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential issues or concerns within the community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:

- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities
- Prior experience as a moderator or in community management is preferred

This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. We also offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
