We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not required but preferred. Candidates with their own visa are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and provide a solution if possible
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while handling food and beverages
- Maintain clean tables, dining area, and service stations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Must have own visa for employment
