International Chef - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are searching for an experienced and highly skilled International Chef to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As one of the top chefs in our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating delicious and unique dishes that will delight our customers. Your creativity and passion for food will be showcased through your culinary expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Create new and innovative dishes while also maintaining the quality of existing menu items
- Oversee kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Manage food cost control by monitoring portion sizes, waste, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into the menu as appropriate

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an International Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of international cuisine with a strong focus on Indian or Nepali dishes preferred
- Ability to create visually appealing dishes using a variety of cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong understanding of various dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience). This includes accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave benefits.
