We are hiring a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Mombasa. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for moving and positioning heavy loads using cranes or other lifting equipment. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials on job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and prepare materials for lifting, ensuring they are secure and stable
- Operate cranes or other lifting equipment to move materials to desired locations
- Communicate effectively with crane operators and other team members to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials
- Monitor load weight and adjust equipment as needed
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Slinger in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of different types of cranes and lifting equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and safety manuals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take direction from others
- Physical strength and stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy loads
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-citizens
