Team Lead - Monte-Carlo, Monaco

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided and visa and ticket expenses will be covered by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to team members
- Set performance goals and monitor progress
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure efficient use of resources and proper allocation of workload
- Foster a positive working environment and resolve conflicts within the team
- Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on team performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a team lead or supervisor preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
