Job Title: Land Surveyor
A reputable construction company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in surveying, preferably within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and structures, preparing detailed reports and maps, and ensuring accuracy and precision in all measurements.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize surveying equipment, such as GPS receivers and robotic total stations, to accurately measure and map land and structures.
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create detailed reports and maps.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate placement of structures.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers and robotic total stations.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
