Seasonal Executive Chef in El-Ain, Egypt
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt for a seasonal position. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and creating delicious and innovative menus for our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the preparation of all meals, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to maintain proper stock levels
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to food safety standards
- Create new menu items and develop recipes to keep up with seasonal trends and guest preferences
- Collaborate with other departments such as event planning or marketing to plan special menus or events
- Monitor food costs and budget to ensure profitability without compromising on quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Familiarity with different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
