Executive Chef for Indian Restaurant in El-Ain


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at an Indian restaurant in El-Ain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong knowledge of traditional and modern cooking techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to the local community
- Oversee food preparation and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to create new dishes or improve existing ones
- Manage budgets, costs, and expenses related to the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or similar establishment
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including both traditional and modern dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution
- Experience working in the UAE or Middle East region
