A leading logistics company in Nairobi is seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader to join our team. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks and ensuring efficient and safe transport of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or hand trucks
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organize products in designated areas to facilitate easy access for transportation
- Safely pack and secure goods to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain inventory records and report any discrepancies or damages
- Operate equipment safely and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a loader or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other loading equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Basic math skills to accurately count and record inventory
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
