Hotel Sales Manager

We are an international hotel chain seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training, guidance, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
