Back-End Developer (Contract) - Los Angeles, USA

Our fast-growing tech startup in Los Angeles is looking for a talented Back-End Developer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of features and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of server-side languages such as Java or Python, as well as experience working with databases and API integrations. This is a great opportunity for a passionate developer looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end systems for our web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of features
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs in existing codebase
- Optimize application performance by implementing efficient coding practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of server-side languages such as Java or Python
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with API integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English preferred
