Instrument Technician - Alta, Norway
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of instrumentation and control systems. You will work with various types of equipment including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and analyzers. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Install new instrumentation systems according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on existing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with instrumentation
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Keep detailed records of all work performed
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and share knowledge
- Order necessary parts and supplies as needed
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of instrumentation systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Own tools preferred
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This full-time position is located in Alta, Norway.
