Head Baker


We are seeking a skilled Head Baker to lead our bakery team in Beer-Sheva. As the Head Baker, you will oversee all aspects of our bakery operations and ensure the production of high-quality baked goods. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement recipes for a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes
- Train and supervise bakery staff, including bakers and assistants
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety standards
- Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards and are delivered to customers on time
- Develop creative new products to attract customers and increase sales
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into baking processes
- Manage budget, track expenses, and make cost-effective decisions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a bakery setting
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creativity in recipe development and presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail for quality control
- Good communication skills in English
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
