Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and vendors
- Supervise administrative staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Vilnius. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office, including handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with basic accounting duties. This is a full-time position requiring excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
-Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
-Manage office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
-Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
-Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
