We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team and provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for residential properties in Atlanta, USA. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance to ensure that our properties are in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting and repairing plumbing and electrical systems.
- Fix minor issues with doors, windows, and other fixtures.
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, paint walls, and touch up any other imperfections.
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
- Keep track of necessary supplies and materials needed for repairs.
- Communicate effectively with property managers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while on the job.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems is preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Must have your own tools.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
