Architecture Manager



As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in Fonvieille. Your primary role will involve managing a team of architects and engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, conducting site visits, and coordinating with contractors and clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Fonvieille
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Fonvieille. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
