We are seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to join our growing team in Washington. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets from various sources
- Identifying patterns and trends in the data to provide valuable insights
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Maintaining data integrity and accuracy through regular quality checks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis or hypothesis testing
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle
