Facade Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of building facades. This role requires expertise in working with various facade materials such as glass, metal, and stone.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to architectural plans and specifications
- Repair damaged or worn facades to maintain their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs
- Work with a variety of tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install facade materials
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects and engineers to ensure proper installation and integration of facades into the building structure
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade installation, repair, and maintenance
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various facade materials and their installation methods
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights using appropriate safety precautions

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
