Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make strategic business decisions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behavior
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Result-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus)
