Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Jeddah. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines.
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction projects in Jeddah or the Middle East region.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The successful candidate must have their own visa/work permit for employment in Saudi Arabia.
