Construction Manager for Nepali Candidates in Jeddah

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the construction process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jeddah (candidates must be willing to relocate if not already based in Jeddah)
