We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales and managing a team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$, as well as a commission structure based on sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and performance evaluations
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to develop marketing plans and promotional strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors' activities, and market conditions
- Travel within Jizan as needed to meet with potential clients or attend industry events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Jizan
