IT Manager



The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and operations. This role is based in Jerusalem and is specifically open to Indian candidates who are looking for an English-free job opportunity that does not require prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, performance management, and career development
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Identify areas for improvement in IT systems and processes and implement necessary changes
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service contracts
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to determine potential benefits to the company

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with cloud-based services (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
