We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This is a full-time position with the salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (such as lathes, grinders, and presses) to perform specific tasks
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform basic repairs when necessary
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is required
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
-Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with different types of machinery
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed
