Indian Sales Manager in Mombasa


We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills in English, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and training to ensure high performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
