Junior Barber



We are hiring a Junior Barber to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Junior Barber, you will be responsible for providing traditional barbering services to our clients. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired haircut or beard style
- Provide traditional barbering services such as haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Suggest hair care products to clients and provide tips for maintaining their hairstyle at home
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have completed a formal barber training program or have equivalent experience working as a barber
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have own visa/work permit in Norway (sponsorship not available)
- Previous experience is not required but is considered an asset

Working Conditions:
This is a fast-paced environment where you will be on your feet most of the day. The salon is open Monday-Saturday from 9am-6pm, so flexibility with working hours is required. No accommodation is provided, so candidates must already be living in Os or willing to relocate at their own expense.
